Just a quick post before I hit the books for finals! Despite all the carb-loaded goodness that I post on here, I do my best to try and eat fresh and healthy foods for my daily diet. It's amazing how beautiful natural and fresh food can be. Truly a rainbow of colors with this salad for instance.
That's not to say I eat salads every day. But, I am trying my best to stay away from processed, salty and greasy foods. I admit that carbs are still my weakness, but I am striving to make carbs more of a treat amidst a diet of mostly protein, vegetables and fruits.
